Lodging Assets at MonteLago Village Resort Purchased

Pacific Capital has added lodging portion of MonteLago Village to it's current portfolio of Lake Las Vegas properties.

Pacific Capital Management, a California based investment firm announced today that in addition to the shopping and dining portion of the Village that it currently owns, it has now acquired the lodging portion as well from Intrawest Hospitality Management. 

This may be a good sign that new capital is ready to be infused into the struggling community that was was the crown jewel of Henderson.

We look forward to what the future will bring!
