What brought you to the real estate business?

 

The Natale Group-Michelle Natale“My sister-in-law was a licensed agent in Las Vegas, I started working with her at a very young age.  I found helping people buy Vegas homes very interesting and rewarding. So, I decided to make real estate my career. I loved the flexibility it provided me to spend time with my family.”

What are your favorite things about Vegas?

“Well first and foremost; I was born and raised here and my family and friends are here.  I love the weather, the entertainment and  the variety Las Vegas provides. I like the twenty-four hour access to so many different activities.  I also like that we are so close to so many outdoor activities, I can be at the California beaches or the mountains and lakes of Southern Utah in less than four hours.”

 

How long and in what areas have you lived in Vegas?

“I was born and raised here. In the beginning there was not much choice but to live in what is now known as Classic Vegas, just off the Strip. If you saw the movie Casino, those were the neighborhoods I knew as a child. We now consider it Central Las Vegas but it’s all I knew during my childhood.  As Vegas started to develop, I eventually moved to the area known as Green Valley.”

What is the primary focus of your business?

“I have to say that 95%  of my business comes from past clients and referrals. I strive to provide the highest level of client satisfaction.  I always put my clients best interest first.  I am very kind but can be aggressive when I have to be to assure my clients are protected and are receiving the level of service they deserve.”
